How do you combine Rome and Deadwood? If they are really one show, then I think I must have really missed out some key episodes. And I may have to change my list to add this wonderful combination.

It's called the "HBO Penalty" for canceling shows in their prime.

No particular order:

Arrested Development (alright, that's #1, but the rest aren't in order!)
Scrubs
Seinfeld
The Office (US version)
Star Trek TNG
Futurama
Lost
Mr. Show
30 Rock
Friends

I'm not counting The Simpsons or South Park because at this point, both shows have WAY too many mediocre episodes in their respective catalogs to make my list.

That's 8. I'm leaving it there. It's curious to note that I've never seen the complete run of MASH, actually probably less than half, but I still feel it's one of the best shows ever.
-ringding-

EDIT TO ADD: Quantum Leap, bringing the total to 9.

I haven't seen Buffy, Angel, or Six Feet Under. All shows I think could crack the top 10 and all shows I plan to start soon. I have the complete series sets for Buffy and SFU and plan on getting the Angel one soon and then it's off to the races.
