Definitely showing her worth to Hewes and Assoc.

VERY bad move by Fiske showing those divorce papers at such an inconvenient moment.

Frobisher's BLOW-UP on that 2nd day of his deposition and everything leading up to it (including David's twisted sex fantasy to The Blue Danube ) was intense! I immensely enjoyed the performances here.

Gawd, this show is awesome!!

Now this show is really cooking. Patty let her guard down as well after Molina was killed by shuffling Ellen off on pro bono work.

I almost felt bad for Frobisher. Almost. His blowup at the deposition was funny as Patty just kept on twisting her verbal dagger into Frobisher about his impending divorce.

I thought they would have had Fiske smarter than that. I would think it's the right move to tell Frobisher before the deposition if he thought there was a chance Patty knew about it/heard about it already. But he kept saying over and over again they were gonna walk if she kept on about the failing of a family, yet he sat there and didn't tell him to shut up or have him get up and leave.

Anyway, good episode. Where is the attorney Ellen first requested which offered her a job at the beginning? And I hope Patty goes down at the end of the series. I dislike her the most for some reason.

Is it because she did a Michael Vick in the first episode?

I don't know. Perhaps. I just don't like her more than Frobisher or Fiske.

Well, Fiske does want Frobisher to settle. Maybe he knew that Frobisher would be more likely to settle if the deposition went bad.

Speaking of Fiske, I've been predicting that he is the real villian of this piece - not Frobisher. Frobisher is as innocent as he claims.

That's certainly a good prediction. We know it doesn't go to trial because are only 1 month before current times where Ellen's in jail. We know that Fiske gave Molina those 1000 shares of Frobisher's stock and it looks like Frobisher didn't know about it and Fiske acted like he didn't know.
