They're setting up Charlotte to be the bitch-on-the-outside, but vulnerable-and-soft-on-the-inside person. I'm guessing at a little love triangle between Pete, Addison, and Charlotte.

Charlotte's my favorite character on the show so I'm glad they brought her in for more then just the token hospital visit this week. I don't know how they're going to continue to work her in but I hope she gets more screen time.

In the previous episode when the girl was giving birth, they said they did not have time to transport her because the hospital was too far away. But in this episode, Charlotte walked from there?

I thought Charlotte walked from her place (house/apartment) to the practice, then again, I was distracted by the tight top she was wearing, so I could be grossly mistaken.

Digging up an old thread since creating a new one for this show seemed like a waste of time, but I had thought the show was getting better...until LAST NIGHT's episode which was the most annoying of the series yet, on a par with the premiere. The birthing storylines/scenes were so shrill and grating. I didn't care for any of the characters and the robbery birth was horrendous...

Yeah, I still like Addy, but the plots and the rest of the characters leave me cold. She needs to quit, and either return to Seattle, or work with the hot, blond chick in the local hospital. Dump the whole "wellness center" crowd, plotline, etc

Last night's episode was definately the weakest so far. None of the stories felt believable and defied logic. Taye Diggs didn't realize something was up when he was called into a liquor store? Cooper turns down a naked woman?

What a step backward.

I thought Cooper and Violet already were in a relationship a while before?

I've watched Season 6 of Buffy since I first asked about Marti Noxon...

I get it now.

Private Practice -- Season 2 Premiere -- "A Family Thing" -- 10/1/08

Photobucket

I can't help it. I like this show even though it is inferior to Grey's Anatomy.

Synopsis:

Spoiler:

In the second-season opener, Addison discovers that Naomi is keeping the practice's financial woes a secret; Violet wonders what secret Cooper is keeping from her; and Cooper must decide whether or not to tell a medical secret to a patient. Kevin: David Sutcliffe. Molly: Amy Acker.

Anyone feel like slitting their wrists after watching the premiere? Dour.

Nice of Marti Noxon to throw Amy Acker a guest spot.

The music they use in scenes is annoying as hell.

Anyway, watching PP after being filled with good vibes thanks to Pushing Daisies was tough.

I don't know why but this show is a chore for me to watch but I tune in every week.
I think having Pushing Daisies airing ahead of it makes PP seem like a downer.

Incest storylines never end well.

The intebation subplot seemed far too simple.

The rest was somewhat childish, though the ass conversation was somewhat entertaining.

Private Practice -- "Homeward Bound" -- 1/15/09

Photobucket

Synopsis:

Spoiler:

Addison finds herself attracted to Wyatt (Jay Harrington) as she and Kevin struggle in their relationship; Violet tries to carry on relationships with both Pete and Sheldon (Brian Benben); and Cooper grows closer to Charlotte when she experiences a family emergency. Sonya: Sharon Leal. Cynthia: Patty McCormack.

I'm going to say it right now. This is a better show than Grey's Anatomy.

I actually really like this show. I've given up completely on Grey's but this I never miss.
