The 15th edition of the reality series strands 16 castaways in China's Jiangxi Province. Initially, everyone comes together in Shanghai before attending a Buddhist ceremony in HuangPu Mountain's Mi Tuo Temple. Next, the contestants are split into two tribes (Fei Long, Zhan Hu) and marooned on two islands on Zhelin Lake. Jeff Probst is the host.

I haven't followed the past couple seasons, but since the show has moved away from tropical pacific islands, I may go ahead and give this show another shot.

Of course. The game may play out the same, but the change of scenery certainly is refreshing and adds to the variety of challenges that are available.

Anyway, here's hoping Jean-Robert somehow finds some new pants.

Yep, likes to think she's this wonderfully cultured New Yorker, but seems about as clueless to the "real world" as any of them so far.

These tribes are broken up terribly again...the yellow tribe is almost completely full of annoying people, most of the red team (save Courtney) seem pretty likable so far.

Yeah, the red team is stacked and is going to steamroll yellow.

Anyway, nice mix of eye candy and interesting personalities this season. James and Jean-Robert are my favorites at this point.

That made no sense at all...if you worship Jesus Christ, you're religious. If you're not religious, you don't worship Jesus. I have no problem with her being preachy if it's actually what she believes, but then she says she's not religious. Sounds like she's a bit confused.

She's a christian radio host and didn't want to participate at the welcome Buddhist ceremony in a temple because it felt like worship to her. She got called out on it and I guess she didn't want to be seen as the 'crazy christian' on the show so she tried to play it safe, unsuccessfully. Her comment made no sense lol.
