"Gary's Desk"
Spoiler:
Eric gets an office on a shoddy stretch of Hollywood Blvd. As a gift for E, Vince, Drama and Turtle scope out an antique desk with a rich Hollywood history, but learn that it's already been sold to an actor with whom they have their own colorful past. Ari preps for his annual meeting with an R&B super-diva, but first must squash some twin-sibling office drama.

hmm is Gary Busey going to be making a comeback?

groovrbaby 08-05-07 08:36 PM

I'm hoping for James Woods!!

Timber 08-05-07 08:37 PM

I'm hoping for Gary Coleman considering Eric's size.

Did Peter Jackson lose a lot of weight? Not that he was skinny, but I thought he used to be a blimp?

Mrs. Ari next week.

boogieman03 08-05-07 11:53 PM

Decent episode, highlighted with Ari going off on people. Nice to see Shauna make an appearance.

Yea Peter Jackson's been skinny for a while. He lost a ton of weight.

Is there anything sexier than a women wearing your button up and only your button up shirt?

Next week looks good with lots of Mrs. Ari.

bluetoast 08-06-07 12:09 AM

Peter Jackson looked bigger than he did on the KK Production Diaries though. Anyway, good episode, was surprised at PJ's appearance, and Busey scenes were funny.

Brian Gentz 08-06-07 02:06 AM

I sure hope Gary's Drama artwork shows up somewhere.

Doughboy 08-06-07 08:48 AM

Mediocre episode. But that preview for next week sure got my attention.:)

Boot 08-06-07 10:21 AM

Odd ep. There didn't seem to be much of a point to it, and then it just ended abruptly. At least there was no Walsh, so that bumps it up a bit.

That actually describes just about every Entourage episode.

Merkin Muffley 08-06-07 10:38 AM

Peter Jackson sounds like Bret and Jemaine.

Patman 08-06-07 10:42 AM

Did not need to see Peter Jackson in that tight outfit.

Birrman54 08-06-07 10:43 AM

loved Ari calling the twins freak mutants

But did he get to put his hand on Lisa's brist?

DeputyDave 08-06-07 12:05 PM

All I could think about while watching that was that I really need to see a show where Gary Busey and Nick Nolte interact.

bluetoast 08-06-07 12:44 PM

Does the HBO site have the next episode preview?

Original Desmond 08-06-07 01:02 PM

a bit of a blah episode

MrX 08-06-07 04:35 PM

Loved Ari exploding at the end:lol:

BDB 08-06-07 04:55 PM

I enjoyed this episode. Ari and the Twins was great.
Busey was gold as expected.

And I'm a fan of MJ! no more drama!

I agree. It looks to me like he's starting to put back on the weight he had lost.

Iron Chef 08-07-07 08:57 AM

"Man Up!"

Bill Needle 08-07-07 01:57 PM

It seemed like this episode was about 10 minutes long. And I don't mean because it was so good it flew by -- though it had some decent if random moments. Instead I mean it was literally about 10 minutes long (taking out the opening rehash and credits).

Dr. DVD 08-07-07 05:57 PM

Both this week's ep. and the one from last week seem more random than the ones preceding it. Not that I've minded a break from Walsh. ;) I think that the past two weeks have illustrated just how much Ari, Lloyd, and Drama make this show the great thing it is.
Peter Jackson was a nice surprise, the outfit he had on though.....:yack: I wonder if this means Vince's next big-budget project will have Jackson's involvement? I also wonder how this show manages to get all of these major entertainment power players to come on board so often. I wonder if we might get a cameo by Steven Spielberg in the future?
