How about Sarah (the telephone operator) from "The Andy Griffith Show"...

And Vern, from "Hey, Vern, It's Ernest!" :-)

There was an episode that had a picture of Kelso's son and his partner. Although, they're dressed like Lone Ranger and Tonto, so the masked photo might not count, if you're a stickler.

Mr. Kim on 'Gilmore Girls'... I always held out a small amount of hope we'd see him in the series finale, but alas never did.

I thought it was at least ambigious, so you weren't quite sure. Since Orson Welles did the voice, you can at least think there's soemone else.

Since Mel was Alan Brady's brother-in-law on Dick Van Dyke Show, did they ever show Mel's wife, Alan's sister?

We never see the guy Alex Keaton was being interviewed by (was it God?) when his friend died

BTW was his dead friend in any episodes before that episode?

Edit: Quick research showed it was a psychiatrist. It's been a while since I've seen that episode (wow, 20 years!)

I don't recall his dead friend in any episodes before that.

How about never seeing Charlie Townsend's face on "Charlie's Angels"?

Peg Bundy's Mom, Mrs. Wanker. Al was always describing her as being impossibly obese.

And Patman beat me to it: Charlie, from Charlie's Angels was the first one I thought of.
