I loved Psych. The premise/mystery of the ep wasn't my favorite, but Sean and Gus were great as always. Juliet was really funny too. Her two dance scenes cracked me up.

One thing I really love about Psych is that you can tell they're having a fucking blast making that show. That really comes through, especially for Dule who just seems to be having a riot.

Even though it was in the commercials, the scene where they hug the wall as the old dude goes past on his wheel chair was awesome!

Caught MONK - Loved it!...and I missed most of last season.

Nice change of pace for Silverman, without the scatalogical humor.

Favorite parts:
- Marcy using a Troll doll to represent Natalie
- Lt. Disher's time spent playing Jenga coming in handy towards the end.

When Gus was doing his Michael Jackson impression, it made me think of Lamar from Revenge of the Nerds.

Ugg... I'm the opposite. I love Monk, but I barely watched it because of Silverman. In fact, I used the fastforward button everytime it looked like she was going to have a decent amount of dialog in a scene. She's horrible.

I haven't seen the new Monk yet, but Psych was an improvement over last week. I thought it was going to go over the top with the dinosaur stuff, but they managed to pull it reasonably together. And Maggie Lawson continues to be hot.

I was planning on posting that exact line. What a crappy episode. Monk blacks out when he's nervous? When was that established? And then Snoop rapping the summation almost made me physically ill.

Psych, on the other hand, was more of a return to its first season form.

Psych was terrific. Way better than the American Idol clone episode. Monk had a few good laughs, though nowhere near to the best stuff.

Especially like the interrogation room bit with Stisher getting mad because the rapper called him "White".

Monk was pretty bad. Yeah, I chuckled a couple of times but when I heard Snoop's rendition of the Monk theme, I knew it was going to be a tough episode to get through.

Psych was better than last week, but that wasn't hard to do. Last week's episode would have been dated two years ago.

As for Monk, I don't get all of the hate for it. It wasn't the best Monk ever, but it certainly wasn't the worst.

I know Monk has done plenty of stunt casting in the past, but with next week's ep it makes three weeks in a row.

This last episode was actually pretty good and reminded me of the old Monk (in terms of the crime and how the killer did it).

Yeah, this was the first good Monk all season. I think they brought back the old writers.

From what I've seen, you can tell pretty quick if it's a "good" Monk or a "bad" Monk by the use of wipes. In the Snoop Dog episode, he touched all kinds of things and didn't use wipes. In the Naked Guy episode, he shaked all kinds of hands and didn't use wipes. In this episode, he went back to using wipes (when he rode on the motorcycle, he had wipes between his hand and Natalie) and didn't shake hands.

I liked both shows this week, plus Natalie looked CRAZY CUTE on the motorcycle.

Felt bad for the Captain. Although during the webcam call, it was obvious that his girlfriend went out of her way to mention the time, and I thought it was a little awkward when she picked up her pen to point at the map. I didn't catch the rolling though.

I'm looking forward to PSYCH now more than I am MONK each week...

I've really been disappointed with every episode of MONK this season. PSYCH has been pretty solid thus far.

Pretty good episode of Monk, better than most recent efforts.

When Randy and the Captain were in Hawaii, did the captain "put the lotion on its skin"?

Yeah "Mr. Monk and the Bad Girlfriend" was the best episode I've seen in awhile. It felt like more of a return to the Monk of old (the first 3 seasons when it was still an awesome show). Psych has been pretty steady rolling. I didn't much care for the Idol premiere episode (except the "Shout" performance - that was genius!), but the others have been good. All the USA shows seem to hover somewhere above mediocrity and somewhere below must-see-tv - good but never really great. That goes for The Dead Zone and Burn Notice too. The 4400 has been getting a lot better lately, however, and seems like it might actually break through that threshold instead of lingering as a just a second-rate X-Files knock-off.

In the case of Burn Notice and (especially) Psych, i'd have to disagree. I think both are great.

I'm still a bit behind on Monk, but agree that maybe it is slipping. As much as I love it, I'd hate to see it get worse than it is now, so wouldn't mind if they wrapped it up. I much prefer a show to stop while it's still good than drag on like most series.

Psych however, just keeps getting better and better IMO. There are several very clever lines every week, things that I know J6P is missing, but make me laugh out loud.

Can't wait for a price drop or sale on the first season DVD set and a chance to watch them all again.
