Hillary Clinton spoofs Sopranos ending
Not a big Clinton, fan, but they are brilliant at marketing themselves.
Nice to see the Johnny getting some work.
poor Bill having to eat carrots :(
I hope they didn't get the rights to the music, so they get sued.

I do not think they chose one at all, that was the point of the video. To let her "fans" choose one for her. At least that is how I got it. |
she's still hot

Wow, that's Johnny Sack. He always did like those portly gals.
cool.
I found it to be funny. Many other politicians(from both sides) would be too scared to spoof a controversial show like The Sopranos.
I also liked it.

I'm not interested in any politician who can't at least stare into the camera for 90 seconds before throwing a rock into a pond. I think that should be the base requirement.

OK, I figured it had to be from something.
Just be glad das didn't post the video where Senator Gravel lights a campfire and then the camera stays on the fire for 7 minutes.

It cut off because Rudy Giuliani came out of the men's room and became president.

So the Clinton's are playing a crime family? That's not much of a spoof.

[This was aired on The Daily Show with John Stewart, so it's TV Talkable] das http://www.sfist.com/2007/06/19/mike_gravels_se.php Thanks to SFist reader Captain Disco for investigating the truth about the Mike Gravel presidential campaign: the dangerous lunatic shot his horrifying commercials in our very back yards. If you haven't been following along: Mike Gravel is an Eskimo or whatever who wants to spend the next couple years hooting and hollering at the country. His presidential campaign hasn't been doing so keen, so he's turned to the one medium guaranteed to have mass appeal: interpretive video art! In response, the country furrowed its brow; in part because the campaign ads make no sense, but mostly because they've never heard of this joker. But Captain Disco, his keen senses no doubt honed during his rise through the ranks of the Disco Army, noticed a few clues in the ad. That crooked tree ... that windy beach ... the clammy atmosphere ... the stink of hobo ... why, that's none other than San Francisco's very own Spreckels Lake that that madman's just tossed a boulder into! The evidence, as indicated here and here and on Google street-view, is irrefutable. So now the only question is ... who'll be the first one out to the lake to retrieve the stone, crack it open, and retrieve Mike's heart? |
