i don't think he was killed at all. just cause James died in real life doesn't automatically make him dead according to show. vague and leave it at that...

^ was that only on Youtube? the extended interview? the actual show if i on demand it doesn't have that length, correct? odd that Van Zandt's weren't sitting together. i know she didn't have as big a role as Steven, certainly, but still. and she certainly has had her fair share of surgery...

Jarring how old some of them have gotten in what seems like not that long of a time since the show ended. Even stranger, if James Gandolfini had not passed away almost six years ago he would still only be 57.
