From the sticky:
In order to keep these threads readable and user-friendly, please try to hold-off on starting an episode thread until the morning the show airs. The reason for this is so we can make sure that the thread does not get bogged down in speculation and anticipation-type posts before the actual discussion of the show gets going. (Many people do not read the threads until after the episode has aired and it can be a pain slogging through two pages or more of "Can't wait!" type posts.)

Also, this way all the shows that are airing that night are right on the first page and can serve as an excellent reminder to everyone to watch. Starting threads too early can also mean your thread gets bounced to the second page and then someone else doesn't see it and starts a duplicate thread. (This seems to happen several times a week).

I agree. It's kind of uncool how you jumped other thread starters by starting this the Friday before a Sunday NIGHT episode.

Eh, I think this might warrant a one time exception to the rule considering it is the series finale and probably will have a lot of discussion.

I don't think it's a big deal since it's the series finale to a popular show...

MrX, I hope you're going on vacation to some remote spot on Earth, because otherwise the chances of you having this episode totally spoiled for you are pretty good.

Yea no joke. That's gonna be hard to avoid talk about this one, no matter which way the show ends.

What can I say? I don't think there has been any series that I have followed more closely than this one from start to finish. This began my last semester in college and is ending in what seems like another lifetime. Heck, I've had several lifetimes over the course of this series! This was the one reason I kept getting cable at my various apartments over the years. Don't know what I will follow after this Sunday.

EDIT: I typically wait a night to watch Sopranos, but I will probably have to catch it either live or whenever I get home Sunday. I know avoiding spoilers for this one will be impossible.

Of course, once the episode starts, we'll get 3 or 4 more pages of posts like "OMFG WTF!!!" and "DID YOU JUST SEE THAT?!?" and "NO HE DIDN'T!!!!"

Lost fans are used to 10 pages of that before the episode actually airs.

P.S. I predict this thread will be closed before the day is over.

okay, then here is my take....

Spoiler:
based on the title of the episode, and past seperate conversations from Paulie and Phil, I am thinking Tony gets killed by Paulie.

Phil made a point to say they don't know how to "make their guys" over in jersey. how jersey makes anybody. paulie is always bitching about how things have changed and he likes things the way they used to be.

I say Phil gives Paulie to chance to take over the NJ crew by killing Tony.

Meadow does something stupid and gets thrown in jail with Paris Hilton. The series ends right before they share their first kiss.

That's an interesting angle. But what really will happen is that AJ is going to end up getting "made".
