EVERY sketch comedy show is uneven to a degree. Mr. Show, Chappelle's Show, UCB, Monty Python, they all have some bits that are really weak. It's the nature of the beast. I personally enjoy all those more than SNL, but there's been lots of great stuff on SNL too.

Sketch comedy fans need to be watching The Human Giant right now. All their stuff is online. Check out "Bruce Willis Lookalike," "Predator vs. Predator," "Dick on my face," "Astronaut," "Escalating Interview."

Awesome stuff.

Short lived FOX series The Edge. Julie Brown, Jennifer Aniston, Tom Kenny, Wayne Knight were all hilarious.
