Again, which of the genius producers decided to make Jack a co-star this season? Besides that, I thought the episode was pretty good. I'm hoping the V/P & Tom Lennox stick around for next season...they are the few bright spots this year IMO.

While I didn't particularly care for this episode, it did make me change my opinion of the VP; I'm actually starting to like him. As such, if we HAVE to have the White House involved next season, I hope Powers Boothe is the guy. I'm a little sick of playing "Musical Presidents."

The odds of a repeat Best Drama win have got to be about 1000-to-1, no?

Yes. Tom Lennox is one of the few bright spots.

But no more presidents, They really need to do a prequel or something.

This was my thought exactly. Heller is a big boy and he knows his daughter is a grown adult who decided to do something noble by trying to find Jack. Heller wimpering like a biach was very unbecoming and LAME...

I hope Jack starts cracking heads at CTU and he can start w/Nadia, as far as I'm concerned. She annoyed the living daylights out of me.

So, now the Chinese have to find someone to repair the chip. Morris again? I didn't think it was possible, but if that happens,Season 6 will have stolen plot points from every season of 24 including itself in a weird Bauer Bingo Cover-all fiasco.

I did like the speech to Jack about him being cursed. It's what we've always thought about survival in the 24 Universe: 1) Don't live in L.A. 2) Don't work at CTU 3) Never, ever, under any circumstances get near Jack Bauer

But even that was a basically a retread of a conversation Audrey(?) had with Tony in Season 4 in which he replied "some people are more comfortable in hell."

I think the only good thing was seeing the VP's face when Lennox dropped the hammer on Lisa and then having to cop to schtupping Lisa as well. Otherwise, a horrible episode. Only 4 hours left!

I recall one of the 24 people saying they wanted to keep Tom around for future seasons.

I could care less about the VP, to be honest. It's like they're trying too hard to shove everything liberals hate about neocons into one character, and it's gone over the top.

What's weird is that the Bisquit is back on "Numb3rs" (his character, Larry, got shot up into space on a space mission with NASA).

Spoiler:
The preview shows them breaking in somewhere. My guess is that they'll break into CTU, and Morris will be the one they nab to fix the chip. He'll purposefully break it in an act of redemption and get killed, and we'll then see Chloe make prune faces for the remaining hour.

Besides Tom Lennox's facial expressions, the only thing I really liked about this ep was Jack trying to get Audrey to speak. I thought it was really touching.

Or, maybe it wasn't and my mind has been fried like Audrey's by this entire season of 24.

4 episodes left until we're free at last! Thank God Almighty, etc.

OK, I keep forgetting to ask - is "Biscuit" a reference to MacNicol's character on Numbers?

I thought it was an okay episode. I actually liked Noah losing it on Lisa and threatening her with a treason charge. So he's a widower still wearing his wedding band? Jack trying to get Audrey to remember him was a touching element to the episode. That kind of reminded me of Jack and Teri's relationship in season 1 and how tragic it ended. It's one of the reasons why I care about the Jack Bauer character because he's a cursed tragic hero.

I will say I really liked the VP confronting Lisa, esp. when he threatened to have her deemed an enemy combatant "and it will be YEARS before you speak to anyone."
