I really hate to say this, but I'm officially done with this season.
:(

starseed1981 04-02-07 07:50 AM

Hopefully Jack will be in more than five minutes this episode.

Wildo1966 04-02-07 08:32 AM

This season continues to go straight downhill with every episode...It started so good too...What happened??

Merkin Muffley 04-02-07 10:34 AM

Will they get to The Snuke before it's too late???

firteen88 04-02-07 11:39 AM

for the first time since the start of this show. I can say I won't be watching tonight.

They still haven't even found the Snizz.

I am surprised a little at all the people who think this show is going downhill. For me, it sucks this year because for the first time, we're watching it while it's on the network. Watching things on DVD are so much better, because there are no commercials, and there's no network watermark in the corner. And we have to wait a week for a new episode. But aside from that, it's still the highlight of our TV week. Sure, it might not be up to par with the past seasons, but all shows have to have bad year or two. Look at the Amazing Race Family Edition if you want to know what I am talking about :)

But overall, I still say this is one of the better shows currently on TV.

As a HUGE 24 fan, it's hard for me to admit this is the first time since the series began that I'm having some serious doubt about the show. Sure there have been some rough spots (Teri's amnesia, the cougar, Chase's baby, Michelle's brother, everything that happened in Mexico, Erin's daughter), but this is the first time where—for a prolonged series of time—it seems like the writers are completely off their rocker.

Seriously, last week's episode was AWFUL. It was like a middle school drama prodcution of some fanfic script. RainMan? Milo and Nadia? Eeeevil anonymous Denver agent? Wayne suddenly waking up? Ugh.

There's still hope. Season 3 started off terribly, but really picked it up and ended on possibly the show's best 10-episode stretch ever. So let's end this stupid Snuke storyline and get back to Jack doling out some revenge on the Audrey Killers. Make it personal again.

Can wait!!!

asianflow 04-02-07 02:09 PM

What a terrible episode.

24 is going downhill. Why did Jack get so little screentime? What happened to the Logans?

Hopefully next week's episode is better.

firteen88 04-02-07 02:14 PM

For me, it's not that this season isn't up to par with the past seasons, it's that this season is the EXACT SAME THING as past seasons. It's like they took a mixture of everything they've already done in past seasons and put it all into this season. I just want something new and different from this show!

Yeah, but Season 3 was kicking it into high gear at this point. We're already 15 hours into this season, and things are getting worse each week, not better.

Damn right. I just started watching last May and caught up with all five seasons before this started. I think the problem is that with DVD it's an immeadiate pay-off since you don't have to wait a week to watch Jack torture somebody. I love 24 & will never stop watching...but I am considering holding off until the DVD hits the shelves to barrel through the whole thing.

MovieExchange 04-02-07 08:22 PM

More bad writing...

Nadia should have said "hey, go ahead and tear Milo's computer apart. If there's nothing there, you've made an ass of yourself again. If there's something there, then it needs to be handled."

lotsofdvds 04-02-07 08:31 PM

So far this episode is better than previous ones, but still lacking...

I miss all the characters that are gone... Tony, Michelle, Jack Bauer...

Lara Means 04-02-07 08:33 PM

Are all CTU employees taught that its okay to hack each others computer, erase/alter important data, or work on stuff without the boss' knowledge?

I watched season 2 thru 6 live, and this season is easily the most piss poorly written. At least in past seasons, even the piss poor ones, we had things to look forward to (Sherry Palmer being a bitch, Nina Meyers being a bitch, Kim being a stupid bitch and looking hot doing it, etc; )... this season -- theres nothing.

MovieExchange 04-02-07 08:36 PM

OK, so Ricky Straton had something else in mind than screwing Milo over... eh. I still don't accept him as a credible character.

Yes, it's training for their future career as a mole

Lara Means 04-02-07 08:46 PM

"it's only a flesh wound."

areacode212 04-02-07 08:56 PM

I've only been half-watching this episode, so I'm not really clear on why Gredenko backstabbed Fayed, only to just fall over and die.

Michael T Hudson 04-02-07 08:57 PM

What the hell?

MovieExchange 04-02-07 08:58 PM

The combination of being brought out of the coma early and the double adrenaline shots made Wayne snap, it seems.

An OK ep, better than most this season. Still not up to our standards for 24, though.

MrX 04-02-07 08:58 PM

They just pulled shit out of a hat when writing this one:lol:
