"My Fishbowl"
Spoiler:
Upon his release from the hospital, military authorities inform Pvt. Dancer that his injuries are too severe for him to return to service.

This storyline is starting to (has been?) get annoying. Maybe I'm not paying attention, but I'm not really sure what purpose it serves at all.

To keep Zach Braff happy by giving his buddy Michael Weston work?

So, judging by the posters in their dorm room and hallway, JD and Turk apparently went to school at William & Mary. Has this been revealed before?

Looks like Bill Lawrence graduated from W&M. Cool.

Is it just my area or is this at a new time (11:30)?

And does anyone know if the office is on some sort of break? (IGN says the next episode doesn't air until April 12)

A lot of shows are taking a break because February sweeps are done, and the only other month that matters is May. March and April are lean months for new episodes for most regular season shows.

Rare is the episode of Scrubs that sucks. This is one of those episode. So disjointed and random, just not good at all.

And seriously, WTF up with the ending? Elliot would NOT do that.

<--- Huge Scrubs fan.

I'm just going to forget this episode ever happened. Except of course for the first part where Cox was going around telling why everyone was funny, and Kelso coming in with the best line of the night.

I saw it as Elliot giving Pvt. Dancer an incentive to live. She was giving him hope that he could get a girl like her.

Turk needing to fart was kind of stupid, but the payoff had me laughing my head off, especially when he farted the second time to propel himself even higher.

Carla not being funny was pretty damn good. So was Cox's meta-rant at the beginning about what everyone does.

Was last week's episode done after this one because Dr. Cox had his curly hair in this one unlike last week where he was bald?

The episode started out strong. Cox's rant about everyone was good. I like the inclusion of all the background characters like Snoop Dogg Resident. Kelso's line at the end was just great too, anyone have exactly what he said?

The Janitor outside the room the entire episode wasn't bad. The fish voice was pretty good. I didn't really care for anything with Pvt. Dancer though. I just haven't liked any of his storyline really. It'd be nice if this were the end of him, but I suspect it's not.

I started watching Scrubs just last season. Then I bought the first few seasons on DVD.

Loved it.

I've watched all of this season, too.

Liked it.

I think it may be running it's course. Maybe they should bring it to a close so we can keep 30 Rock and the (evidently, by the reviews) funny Andy Barker PI.

I loved Ted.

But this whole season has really just confirmed that last season was the best.

Ted was funny.

The only other funny part was the greatest movie quote in the history of movie quotes:

"Bitches Leave!"

My thoughts as well. What happened to Keith? He's only around the hospital randomly even though last time we saw him he had moved in with Elliot.

As I said last week, nothing in that clips episode was related to the continuing storyline so it could have been filmed at ANY TIME. Cox's hair is the only indicator that it was out of sequence with everything else.

It felt to me like it was off a step. The stuff with Ted was gold, though.

Yea, the episode felt pretty off to me too. Still there were some good stuff in it like Dr. Cox's rant at the beginning.

This episode reminds me of the times that comic strip writers switch strips with other strip writers as a "gag"... usually around April 1st. The writers may try to make a pathetic attempt to mimic the style of the other strip. It usually falls flat. The characters you are familiar with have a different "voice" than what you are used to and it just comes off as awkward and a little creepy.

On a positive note, if this theory comes true, "According to Jim" should be having a kick-ass episode coming up soon.. written by the Scrubs writing team.

I loved Kelso's line about how the kiddie vomit smelled like pickles and milk kind of like Enid's breath.

As always, Ted is the shit.

Between this episode and last week's clip show abomination, you gotta wonder if Bill Lawrence has signed too many vacation requests over the last few weeks.

As alluded to before, the show has felt like a less talented group of people doing an "imitation" of Scrubs.

I am losing interest in the show at this point, and I've read that JD is up for signing on for another year at 350K per episode.

Season 6 has been the worst season in the show's history. Not what I expected.

I liked Cox's speech allot.

I didn't think the episode was that bad.
I forgot about Cox's hair. Hmmm.
