Random Full House question

My internet is running super slow, so I'm not able to search it too well, and I figured someone here had to know this...

When Jesse and Joey formed their own ad agency, what was the name of it (if it had a name). Also, when Jesse was with the sleazy advertising company that wanted Jesse to appear in an ad wearing a towel, what was the name of that?
