So what are you going to watch live tonight - 24 or Heroes?
Both of these shows have an incredible following.
24 is in it's 6th season and after last weeks shocker, it looks like this year is going to be very exciting. Heroes is in it's first year and has captured the imagination of the viewing public. They have a lot of fresh ideas and so far the show hasn't disappointed. For me, it's not too difficult a decision. This season's 24 could very well happen in our lifetime and it's (almost) realtime depiction of Jack Bauer's fight against terrorism is too good to not watch live. Chris |
voted for other. DVR Heroes and don't watch 24.
|
DVR is on Prison Break, 24 and Studio 60.
VCR is on the CBS comedies. Gonna watch Heroes live, downloaded or on NBC.com |
Since my Tivo can't record HD broadcasts, I have to pick one to watch live in HD and record the other in SD. I think I'm more into Heroes at the moment, so I'll probably watch that and record 24.
|
Well, since I'll be in class til 9 PM tonight, I won't be watching either live.
But when I get home, 24 will be the first one I fire up on the HD-DVR. |
If I watch anything live it will be some sporting event while I'm working out at the gym. I'll watch two episodes of the Simpsons in syndication while I eat dinner. When I get home I'll either catch up on last week's CSI or watch HIMYM off the DVR.

Prison Break / 24 are running live.
Heroes is gonna have to move to nbc.com for me. |
definitely 24, this season is just too damn entertaining.
I'll stream Heroes. |
I don't watch Heroes, so it's 24 for me. I may record the first hour of Raw, but it's becoming less and less of a must.
|
I've seen the first 15 minutes of this 24 episode, so 15 minutes of Heroes and 45 minutes of 24.
I'll pick up Heroes a couple hours later through certain sources. |
I'll watch Heroes live and DVR 24.
|
Neither.
|
Does one of them feature Chris Eccelston? If so, I'll watch that.
|
Will be watching both, neither live (in fact, only football is something I watch live).
|
Heroes live, record 24
|
I'm not planning to watch either live, but I will be watching 24 first & I might not get to Heroes until tomorrow.
Also, for those of us with a little more patience, Heroes is rerun on Friday on the SciFi channel. |
DVR both and watch both later. Watching live TV is so 90's.
|
Gotta agree with the others. DVR both and watch them commercial free about an hour later.

24 live, HD-DVR Prison Break and tape Heroes on Sci-Fi on Fri. to watch over the weekend.
|
24 later on DVR after my night class, although I don't even watch Heroes so it's kind of a non-issue for me.

No live TV in my house, I can't stand the commercial breaks. Lucky enough I have 2 HD DVRs and can record 3 shows at the same time.
|
I'll be in a movie theater watching Pan's Labyrinth.
