So what are you going to watch live tonight - 24 or Heroes?

Both of these shows have an incredible following.

24 is in it's 6th season and after last weeks shocker, it looks like this year is going to be very exciting.

Heroes is in it's first year and has captured the imagination of the viewing public. They have a lot of fresh ideas and so far the show hasn't disappointed.

For me, it's not too difficult a decision. This season's 24 could very well happen in our lifetime and it's (almost) realtime depiction of Jack Bauer's fight against terrorism is too good to not watch live.

voted for other. DVR Heroes and don't watch 24.

boogieman03 01-22-07 11:10 AM

DVR is on Prison Break, 24 and Studio 60.

VCR is on the CBS comedies.

Gonna watch Heroes live, downloaded or on NBC.com

UncleGramps 01-22-07 11:16 AM

Since my Tivo can't record HD broadcasts, I have to pick one to watch live in HD and record the other in SD. I think I'm more into Heroes at the moment, so I'll probably watch that and record 24.

Doughboy 01-22-07 11:19 AM

Well, since I'll be in class til 9 PM tonight, I won't be watching either live.

But when I get home, 24 will be the first one I fire up on the HD-DVR.

If I watch anything live it will be some sporting event while I'm working out at the gym. I'll watch two episodes of the Simpsons in syndication while I eat dinner. When I get home I'll either catch up on last week's CSI or watch HIMYM off the DVR.

Prison Break / 24 are running live.

Heroes is gonna have to move to nbc.com for me.

RichC2 01-22-07 11:25 AM

definitely 24, this season is just too damn entertaining.

I'll stream Heroes.

Charlie Goose 01-22-07 11:35 AM

I don't watch Heroes, so it's 24 for me. I may record the first hour of Raw, but it's becoming less and less of a must.

Flay 01-22-07 11:35 AM

I've seen the first 15 minutes of this 24 episode, so 15 minutes of Heroes and 45 minutes of 24.

I'll pick up Heroes a couple hours later through certain sources.

Geofferson 01-22-07 11:37 AM

I'll watch Heroes live and DVR 24.

Red Dog 01-22-07 11:38 AM

Neither.

Groucho 01-22-07 11:43 AM

Does one of them feature Chris Eccelston? If so, I'll watch that.

Chew 01-22-07 11:49 AM

Will be watching both, neither live (in fact, only football is something I watch live).

MrX 01-22-07 11:52 AM

Heroes live, record 24

Damfino 01-22-07 12:14 PM

I'm not planning to watch either live, but I will be watching 24 first & I might not get to Heroes until tomorrow.

Also, for those of us with a little more patience, Heroes is rerun on Friday on the SciFi channel.

Deftones 01-22-07 12:20 PM

DVR both and watch both later. Watching live TV is so 90's.

Michael Corvin 01-22-07 12:35 PM

Gotta agree with the others. DVR both and watch them commercial free about an hour later.

 Commercials are for suckas! A perfect time to watch something already stored on the DVR, or break out a DVD. Hell, you just have to wait 20 minutes in to start watching.

TimeandTide 01-22-07 01:02 PM

24 live, HD-DVR Prison Break and tape Heroes on Sci-Fi on Fri. to watch over the weekend.

bunkaroo 01-22-07 01:07 PM

24 later on DVR after my night class, although I don't even watch Heroes so it's kind of a non-issue for me.

Unless your DVR can't record HD. Not that I'm bitter about it or anything. ;)

same here. MY class gets out at 8:50pm. :( wont get home till 930. Wanted to watch Heroes in HD on my Pansonic AX100 on a 92' screen

Zwerchfell 01-22-07 01:30 PM

No live TV in my house, I can't stand the commercial breaks. Lucky enough I have 2 HD DVRs and can record 3 shows at the same time.

wendersfan 01-22-07 01:31 PM

I'll be in a movie theater watching Pan's Labyrinth.
