24 - Season 6, Episodes 1-4 leaked
 

From a promotional DVD released by Fox (due to be released on January 16, one day after the premiere). Those with the l33t internet skills can obtain them. This season was definitely worth the wait.

Why can't you guys wait 8 more days? You all think your watching the show from free, but that idiot who stole the DVD is costing the show viewers on the premiere night. If 5,000 watch it on their computers, that's 5,000 less people watching it Sunday the 14th.

You know what I have to put some blame on FOX for this. It was their stupid ass idea to release that "Premiere DVD" Now obviously video stores get their shipments in early and one of those DVD's falls through the cracks.

I hope Joel Surnow, Bob Cochran and Jon Cassar kick Peter Liguori's ass (President at FOX) after they hear this news about what this fucking "Premiere DVD" has done.

Yes I am, because I have alot of respect for those guys. They work their asses off 10 months a year to put together one of the best shows on TV and then the Prez of FOX gets greedy and wants to release this DVD to earn some extra cash off it's 1st 4 episodes. Now this is going to turn around and bite FOX and all the people behind the scenes at 24 in the ass.

Think about it. It's only the first four episodes. People watch it, get hooked and watch the remaining twenty. It's win win for Fox. Win.

This has nothing to do with video stores. These were review DVDs sent to critics. We have a copy at my office, and I still have the discs from last season, housed inside a "24" mouse pad. Strange packaging.

No kidding. If any show should be upset about something like this, it should be The Wire. They had their whole season leaked, and those people that watched without being a subscriber directly hurt the show (with less money and viewship going to HBO).

I think this may be a retail DVD that's been leaked. It is due out on 1/16.

But if I watch this, I'll have to wait even LONGER for the fifth episode. It's a win-lose situation. :(

Wow, those were some of the best episodes of 24 I have seen. I have never EVER had a more HOLY SHIT! moment (and I have seen EVERY SINGLE episode of 24) then the end of the fourth episode. That was insane. It pisses me off how you people are complaining that the episodes were leaked. I'm now going to show this to many of my friends, and even watch the live version with them. After seeing these four episodes it is impossible to not be hooked. A GREAT idea by Fox if they really did leak the episodes. The viewer base is going to skyrocket. The people that downloaded these four episodes will most definitely watch the next TWENTY. I don't think you understand that. :rolleyes:

I think I'll stop with the first one, I was just too curious to see how the season started and who is on it. For some reason, it made me crave White Castles. :D

Just one week. It's a 2 night 4 hour premiere so the 5th will be on the 22nd
