Time Warner Cable NY DVR Problem?
 

Seems like I'm only able to record one program (instead of 2) and I cant change channels while that 1 channel is recording.

This just started 2-3 days ago ...

Anyone else having the same trouble?

If your using the same box as cablevision, I believe you are, then the box has probably gone bad...watch all your recorded shows and go to the walk-in center and exchange it

I havent had any problems with mine...I have the HD 8300 through TWCNYC. What box do you have and where in NY?

I'm in Queens. Not sure what the box model is ....

Instead of the usual listing of 2 shows being recorded (asking that you stop one) if you're trying to watch a third channel, the same msg comes up with 1 show being recorded and you're trying to switch channels.

probably bad box

go to the queens center mall store and they can exchange it on the spot
