I'm looking forward to the other four slaps in later episodes.

I mean, I'm just hoping we get a "Swarley" reference once and again...
(EDIT: Does anyone else think that the Robin Sparkles video will be, in it's entirety, an extra on the season two DVD?)

Oh, I completely forgot to mention...
Robin Sparkles, it would appear, has a MySpace page.
(I don't know the rules in regards to posting links to other sites, especially one such as MySpace, so I'll post it as such: It's merely MySpace.com backslash RobinSparkles.)

Sweet, the entire video is on Myspace, but you'll have to turn off the auto-play song when you go to that page if you want the video to sync with its audio.
All that slapping was getting painful to watch.

The backhand at the end was especially vicious I hope we get at least 1 more slap this season.
This was a great episode. I was starting to get the "they are going to have a big fight and break up" vibe but they worked through it. And the Robin Sparkles video was fan-fucking-tastic.
I also loved Marshall's "Just meet with the guy!" about getting married at the MOA. I walk by that chapel all the time.

Two words: Legen. Dary.
"I'm gonna rock your body 'til Canada Day!"
It would be pretty awesome if they did what Marshall wants and had the wedding in the Mall of America.

"I hope he asks me out
Takes me to my favorite spot
It’ll be just him and me
(But don’t forget the robot)"
"Having fun at the mall
Is what it’s all a-boot"
"Robin's rapping! Robin's rapping!"

I think this is the only show I watch regularly that has a laugh track. I did not expect to like it, but it's pretty damn funny. The video is great.

The best part was Marshall questioning the 80s outfits, since it was probably early to mid 90s. That's the first thing I thought of too. I also loved the scene with Ted interrogating Robin about her wedding. This show gets better and better.

The best episode of the season so far. The whole thing with the "mall" and the slap bet was classic.
I thought that the show's writers were making fun of Alanis Morrisette former life as a pop artist but your comparison to Candi works too.
