The Good Life with Drew Carey?
 

Looking over some old VHS tapes I found a TV commercail for a show called "The Good Life" and it co-starred Drew Carey. Now I didn't know he did any shows before "The Drew Carey Show". I guess this was a short run show. Anyone ever seen it or remember it? I found it on IMDB but Drew's name was way down the cast list so maybe he had a small role. Just wanted to see what the show was like. Anyone?

I remember it being pretty good. The show was based around John Caponera and his family -- Carey was the best friend. He was pretty prominently featured -- sort of the Brad Garrett to Caponera's Ray Romano. I think it lasted half a season.

I watched that show, and when Carey got his own show I watched having recognized him from The Good Life.
