I didn't know this was on. I was under the impression that Fox programming was all reruns till after the series.

Then you also missed Prison Break last week too.

I thought this episode was okay, but they were fighting an uphill battle given the confession and circumstantial evidence in play.

After Tom's speech at the end I thought it would have been better if the kid actually did it.

I thought it was pretty good. Can't believe they finally lost a case and that there was a different final scenario. I wonder if they might follow the appeal process some, but judging by the final conversation, probably not.

I wondered if Fox have them reshoot the ending (during the baseball-related hiatus) because of all the grumbling that T&T&G don't seem to ever lose a case.
