I thought this ep was a yawner.

I am a huge fan of the show, and even I will admit that, throughout the episode, I consistantly found myself saying "Wow... this is weak."

The episode that was spoiled on SpoilerFix sounded much better:
Spoiler:
Barney meets a young woman on MySpace and when they meet at a bar for a date, he realizes she's a junior in college and much more immature than he could stand. Lily was working for Ted, who then fired her when she stole something from Ted's boss. Marshall tells the group a story about how Lily steals things from mean people. We see a flashback to years ago with Lily and Marshall on a date, next to a very rude, mean man yelling at his wife. When the wife goes to the bar and the man to the restroom, Lily steals a tan briefcase that they now keep in their closet. Later, Ted defies his boss at work while trying to please a client.

I liked the cougar parts, but other than that, I wasn't that thrilled.

Yeah, the cougar hunting bit and their characteristics was hilarious. The rest was slightly below average.

The biggest problem about this episode for me is that I don't remember Ted ever mentioning that his boss was THAT much of a dick until now. I know they mentioned the penis skyscraper 2 eps ago, but even then they made it seem more like his boss was just nutty and not the jerk he was here.

Didn't really care for his guest star role as Ted's boss.

I think the only amusing part for me was with Lily as the waitress in the Hawaiian restaurant and the gang surprising her there.
