If they get the right mix of teams, I hope the rumor is correct about an All-Star edition. A few teams I remember that would be good to see again:

Kevin & Drew (they also have good commentaries on the S1 DVD)
Blake & Paige
Derek & Drew
Kris & Jon

In general, I would probably load an all-star edition with teams from seasons 1-3.

Because we need some winners (most haven't been compelling):
Uchenna & Joyce
BJ & Tyler (although both of these teams were so recent it might be too much)

I would probably rather not have Rob & Amber on All-Stars. They were my favorite team in S7, but I think this would have high potential for overexposure due to them already having been on 3 reality seasons each.

I third Cha-cha-cha and the clowns.

Also, whe were the super nerds from NY? They had the best line in history

Fat Nerd in an african village - "Dude, look at that native!"
Glasses afro nerd - "Native? What is this, 1800? Hes called a human moron"

I think that was Gary & Dave. Gary probably isn't eligible because I read somewhere he became an editor for TAR after his season. I would like to see them again too.

I don't get the calls for the clowns. I never did find them funny or even recall anything interesting about them.

"All-Stars" should mean all the previous winners. I want to see who's the best of the best.

the meaning of TTOW

Some say TTOW is what the Mung people in the villages of northern Vietnam sing to their newborns as they sleep. Others say it is a Szechwan spice used on wedding desserts in eastern Mongolia.

But for BJ and me TTOW was the word printed on shirts we bought in mainland China in 2002. It was just four letters at the time, but since then it has evolved into our power call. We yell TTOW during extreme moments, like jumping of bridges in Greece, skydiving over northern Australia, or running across finish lines in Denver Colorado.

TTOW also stands for:
To the Top Of the World!
Thats The Only Way!
and
Take That Oprah Winfrey!

In that case, they should bring back all the second place teams because everybody knows the best teams always finish second.

Spoiler:
Frank & Margarita
Tara & Wil

Teri & Ian
Jon & Kelly
Colin & Christie
Kris & Jon
Rob & Amber
Eric & Jeremy

Itchy & Scratchy?

My favorite all-time TAR quote is still, "My ox is broken!"

"We jumped out of the cab without paying and tore off along a path."
Were we ever shown that?

Quite the difference from Chip and Kim.

Oh god, please, no BJ and Tyler. I had finally managed to repress all memory of their existence when this thread dredged it back up again. Anyone but those two. Anyone.

I wonder how they'll manage to cheat Rob and Amber out of first place this time.

I will boycott if BJ & Tyler are included. I cannot understand how people find them amusing. Everything they did seemd forced. Running backward to the mat? How about running backward into traffic?

We wouldn't want it to be Amazing Race All-Squares now, would we?

I find them amusing because they seemed to be enjoying themselves the most during the race. They rarely if ever got upset at eachother, they took everything in stride, and were very genuine with everyone they encountered. Sure, running backward into the mat is kinda dum dum, but it's just part of who they are.

Tyler's documentary "Kintaro Walks Japan" was pretty neat, too. I think he's a cool kat.

No love for Kelly and John? I thought they were great. They bickered, but it always seemed more funny to me than mean. I'll always remember "Go f*&k yourself Kelly"

Which one was the gal with the filthy mouth? I remember her cursing up a storm just driving around on the very first drive to the airport from the starting point of her season.
