I guess we now know that Heroes, Crossing Jordan, and Las Vegas are all set in the same universe. I wonder if we'll see any people with super powers on the latter two shows.

I don't know, maybe I wasn't in the right mood for it, but this did nothing for me. I think what really affected me is the godawful narration at the beginning. Not the scientist, but the recap VO was atrocious and hilarious at the same time.
When describing the police officer it's just the most convoluted sounding thing ever" The cop, who can hear thoughts, is made to lose conciousness, by a mysterious stranger"
It doesn't help that it's said in this ultra serious tone that just made me crack up. I watched it about 5 times before the episode started. The whole episode I just kept repeating it, driving my roommate crazy.
After it was done my roommate and I were going to watch Weeds, and I come out and say in the same tone "The mother, who deals drugs, to former city council people, is made to rat on her associates, by her husband!"

well I failed the hero morality test.. When Hiro stopped time and started to move around the table, I thought "He is going to grab some bitchy dealer titty!!" but then he did the "right thing" and set the drink back up..
ah doh, guess I would use my powers for evil

Even though I expected it, Hiro getting punched out was one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time!
I'm diggin' the show and the way it moves like a comic (even the cheesey recaps). To be continued ... !

Looks like the Football player survived, but her dad may take him out next week.
Great show.

Love this weeks episode and I am hooked, awesome show.
Ali looked hot!!
I love the way Claire fucked up that quaterback bitch high school guy, got what was coming to him, I hope he ate that fucking dash and blead to death, slowly as he is paralyzed from the neck down with glass in his eyes, as he screams "please kill me god, please kill me" but it doesn't happen and he bleeds to death.
Can't wait till next week.

The writing was SUBSTANTIALLY better this week. Didn't realize there was a different writer until Patman mentioned it, but that makes sense. Good writing makes ALL the difference. I'll hang in there as long as they can maintain this level of writing, at a MINIMUM.

something that bugged me...when Claire's dad is talking to the cop, he says he's not from anything with initials. but aren't CIA, FBI, etc, technically acronyms?
just wondering. for the record.
