Summary:

Earl needs to raise a lot of money to help a friend in need and goes to the one person he knows with that kind of money, local entrepreneur Richard Chubby, owner of, among other places, the Camden County strip joint Club Chubby. He agrees to loan Earl the money if he can convince Chubby's most popular dancer, Catalina, to return to work.

We now return you to your weekly Joy and Catalina stroke-off thread.

I guess Earl needs bail money for Joy.

With Catalina as stripper, this may be the longest Earl thread yet. :)

I've seen nothing to indicate that Joy would be a stripper. Just Catalina (at least it sound like Earl might try to convince her). :sad:

Damn it! The fricken news cut in just as Catalina was finishing her first "jumps". Stupid tornado watch. People's lives better have been saved!

Geez, how large an area is covered by this tornado warning? We got it here too (for northern NJ, I guess tornados can't form east of the Hudson).

You mean you guys with the storm warnings missed Catalina jumping topless?

besides the fact that our affiliate fucked up twice and about half the show was in standard (black bars top and bottom and stretched). Also, I was wondering was there a reason why Joy alowed out of jail to go to the club? Also, how/why did Earl faint. (first one with pics/screencaps will be a god.)

fuck. my broadcast was all screwed up. Is this streamed anywhere (legally). I can obviously find it through other means, but I didn't know if NBC or some other site offered it up later on...

Tonight's episode started out pretty slow, but those last 10 minutes were a blast. And as much as I'm begging for pix like everyone else, I really need to see a shot of Jesus, I was roaring at that!

And is every episode now gonna end with Earl & Randy talking in bed (Ala Charlie Brown and Linus on the wall?)

This episode was one for the ages. Excellent all-around episode.

I didn't like that it was a continuation of last week's episode. I think the show works better as singular episodes, that make reference occasionally to the Earl universe.

tonight's show gets an emmy. 'nuff said.

I thought tonight's episode was one of the least funny so far.
