Meh. I do wish it was more reality-based. I think it could be intersting seeing them both try to get their careers restarted. The wife (while hot) is extremely annoying.

Patrick G 07-30-07 07:51 AM

Yeah, the wife is teh hot, but both husband and wife have really gone off the deep end as evidenced by their involvement with PETA.

Oh you could tell every time they appear on stern I'm like wtf is wrong with them. Felt bad for the little fella that they wont be in Lost Boys 2, enough so I probably will refuse to watch it.

You mean you're generally in the habit of picking up straight to DVD movies?

How did this play out. Were they informed that they would not be needed for the sequel?
Ashame that Haim put all his money up his nose and pissed away a potentially great future of acting. The first movie I remember him in was Lucas and he was great in that.

hdtv00 07-30-07 03:23 PM

Yep the married corey breaks the news to him during their tv show. They asked him to cameo but not the haim dude. So he turned it down saying it was both or forget it. Straight to video I guess anyway so it sucks ass I'm sure. I heard talk of it but I thought they were going to take it serious, none of this STV crap.

dpz301 07-30-07 08:31 PM

feldman's wife is hot, but as others mentioned, the PETA stuff was over the top. haim seemed like he was out of it, but i guess that's what drugs do to you.

Lara Means 07-30-07 09:32 PM

This show seemed too fake to me.

Agreed. It's too much like a sitcom. "One's a neat freak. The other's a slop. What kind of zany misadventures will they get into? Tune in to find out."

Well they bought each other friendship rings I read and Corey Haim lost his.

Executive Producer credits in Hollywood are kind of a joke. There are bona fide Exec Producers who actually put up money or represent the backers in some capacity, but in this day and age just about every star, their agent, mother, and anyone else with any cache on the production demand and receive Exec Producer credits without doing anything at all.

He probably hocked it.

I haven't see the show yet, but what's the point of turning down a cameo just because your friend wasn't asked to be in it? Besides, having Feldman in the sequel might make sense, having Haim in it wouldn't make much sense at all. Why not get Feldman and the kid who played the other Frog brother?

hdtv00 07-31-07 06:31 PM

"pals"

scarredgod 07-31-07 10:11 PM

another show thats too fake to get interested in. they are both pretty big screwups, they should just keep it real and there should be enough natural train wrecks to make it a great show.

Timber 07-31-07 10:15 PM

They actually wrote scripts for the show and moved into a different house for this nonsense.

Big Dave 07-31-07 10:21 PM

Sitcom = OK

True Reality Show (I know there really is no such thing) = OK

Some Crappy Combination Of The Two = Not OK

Numanoid 08-01-07 12:27 AM

Next stop, gay porn.

joliom 08-01-07 04:59 PM

I think just following them around with a camera (i.e. a "real" reality show) would be entertaining enough. Haim is a trainwreck and Feldman is a kook. Drop the act.

Plus the fact that Feldman and his wife have a child, which has not appeared or even been mentioned thus far.

Timber 08-04-07 07:17 PM

They moved into a production house and the kid stays up on the third floor with the nanny when they are shooting.

Bill Geiger 08-06-07 10:29 AM

I watched the 3rd and 4th episodes last night I am loving this show. Might not be everyone's cup of tea but I like it a lot.

raven56706 08-06-07 11:24 AM

after seeing the 2 episodes, i can see why it is 50% scripted and 50% real

'Two Coreys' Gets Second Season
(FROM HOLLYWOOD REPORTER) – A&E has given a 10-epsiode, second season pick-up to its unscripted series The Two Coreys, starring Corey Haim and Corey Feldman. The first season ended with the two feuding, and producers say they have not spoken to each other since they stopped shooting. The second season will reunite the Coreys in Los Angeles as they try to decide if they want to mend fences or part ways. ''The first season of the show exposed some deep-seated issues between the Coreys, which really only started coming to the surface in the final episodes,'' said Robert Sharenow, senior vp nonfiction and alternative programming at A&E. ''This season promises more drama, tension and laughs as they struggle to make their relationship and careers work.'' The show is aiming for a spring premiere.
