Well if he just did that, then he'd know that there'd be nothing to write a shitty second season about!

If that happened, it would be the most realistic episode to date.

Truly baffling.

I spent most of this episode trying to remember who the slutty blonde was that they were scamming. And then I finally remembered that she played the mother on Wonderfalls.

I think it's funny that Wentworth Miller plays Michael so quiet and stoic, so you would expect that when he yells it would have a greater impact. But instead, I always feel like laughing when he gets mad and starts yelling at people.

Don't forget that painting he stole, which he surely recognized as being from a famous Dutch painter. So while all the guys are in Utah chasing after this money, he is probably going to end up a milionaire living on some beach somewhere.

It sounds more like whining than yelling.

chowderhead 09-27-06 12:43 AM

man, prison break is so unbelievable. The plots are ridiculous and the acting is atrocious ... grumble, grumble ... Wentworth Miller ... grumble grumble ... T-Bag ... yeah okay that's all I've got to say ... see you in next week's thread

I think I missed something.... how did Sucre and C-Note find the other guys at that house? All they new was that the money was in some town in Utah right?

das Monkey 09-27-06 10:42 PM

C-Note was in the Delta Force before joining the A-Team, so he hacked into the Gibson and downloaded the plans to the battlestation when he was on that train.

The website Michael mentioned for the cons to communicate with each other exists: http://www.europeangoldfinch.net/

It's owned by Twentieth Century Fox. Looks like they're trying to get a little "Lost Experience" thing going.

Im astounded by the negativity.

I love this show!

Far fetched or not, it's fun !

It you want realism boys, take a trip to your local Mall, plant your butt on a seat and watch the realism. Realism is boring !

T Bag was awesome in this episode, some of his facial expressions with the blonde bimbo were classic.

hardercore 09-28-06 04:14 AM

Prison Break is suffering one of the worst sophomore slumps. Even worse than Desperate Housewives Season 2.

Yeah, luckily the military didn't take away his top secret access while he was in prison. Hell, his password didn't even expire!

No, not even close.

dadaluholla 09-28-06 09:39 AM

Yeah, I don't feel Prison Break is any kind of slump at all. It is different with them all on the run, but these over the top, unbelievable scenarios that keep happening are really very enjoyable to me. There are very few shows I'm having this much fun with, and I hope it continues down this path of absurdity.
:)

Geofferson 09-28-06 09:46 AM

^ Agreed.

Maybe he sent post cards from Iraq to the Network Administrators when his password expired :D

Dr. Henry Jones, Jr. 09-28-06 10:17 AM

is this show on hiatus now?

bunkaroo 09-28-06 10:20 AM

Am I the only one that couldn't stop noticing that weird growth on the blond chick's arm? Kind of takes the sex apppeal away LOL....

I did too. You'd think a vain older women would have that skin booger removed.

Your opinion, I suppose. But I'm surprised that these episodes (except maybe "First Down") are still rating higher than 9.0 on tv.com

PacMan2006 09-28-06 03:39 PM

Prison Break is arguably the only show I can think of that I do not gripe about or dissect every detail, or truly even complain about. I don't know what it is about the show, but I just sit down, get immersed, and thorougly enjoy myself from start to finish.

DVDMagic 09-28-06 08:55 PM

I second that ^

I didn't get around to watching the first season so got to watch it via Netflix and found myself hooked on the show. I finished the season just after Season 2 started but had been DVR'ing them so I could play catch up.

I do think that it's lacking something that ther first season had, but maybe that will change as everything unfolds.

Personally I love these shows that have "edge of the seat - can't wait til next week' scenarios.

IMO the fun is gone. It's just ridiculous now.
And it's not because I have a problem with the little details, no it's because everything else is bad too!
So far this season nothing has been 'edge-of-your-seat' - and it won't be as long as it's so stupid.

Only my opinion of course and I guess I should stop watching instead of complaining :)
