I really like Justice but once Lost starts I was going to have to stop watching it since Lost and Criminal Minds are both must-watch for me. I hope they bring back Justice at another time slot. I don't want to see it axed.

I'll miss Victor Garber. He needs a show where he's the only star and can rip people (with words and "tools" from his Alias storage unit).

Story on Yahoo says they shut down production on Standoff and are bringing in someone to help run it.

Bah. I can't stand Justice and actually like Standoff. Doubt it will matter much anyways. I figure all 3 will be cancelled soon enough. Come on, it's Fox!

Fox is just not Fox unless each years new schedule turns into a blood bath.

They are bringing in Tim Minear which should please a lot of Angel fans around here.

Given Minear's history of success it shouldn't please Standoff fans

I think this is the first "normal" show he is doing. Before this it was Angel, Wonderfalls, Firefly, and The Inside.

The Inside got gritty as hell in the remainder of that show's 13 episode (the US only saw, like, 8 episodes, but overseas they showed all 13). The one with Amber Benson as a guest star was pretty whacked.

Well with American Idol marching in along with 24 come January, that is almost half of the evening programming gobbled up at the gate. Something was going to have to get dumped in order to accommodate that programming. I wouldn't be surprised if all three get the axe by the end of the year,

I guess I'm kind of happy. Justice was an OK and watchable show, but I won't be torn up about it being off. Happy Hour was causing me some real scheduling problems. I really like the show (and I plan on implementing the 4:00 Martini) but it falls in the most clogged hour of TV for me. I have 2 Cox DVR's, one will record My Name is Earl and The Office while I watch Survivor, the other I had to decide on Smallville or Happy Hour (I can only record one because my wife watches her womanish crap on that TV). A Hiatus makes the decision easy (for now).

Most of these Fox shows going by the wayside frees up some recording slots for me (to be populated by NBC or CW shows).

Great, Minear will turn the show into the best thing on TV and then Fox will can it.

Happy Hour looked horrible from the ads, but I thought Justice was decent. But there's a lot of shows out that are in the same vein as Justice, so I can see how it would get lost in the fold.

I hope it isn't permanent. They need to at least give the show somewhat of a chance to survive. Not all shows are successful right off the bat. It takes time for word of mouth buzz to draw in viewers who haven't already been drawn in by ads.

Victor Garber was on The View this morning and he said that Justice isn't cancelled and is coming back after baseball.

Happy Hour did look bad, but I gave it a chance because absolutly nothing else was on at the time. I really liked it. It had an "Odd Couple"/Young Frank Sinatra thing going on. I hope it comes back but in another time slot. Let's face it, an unknown (terrible at first glance) show going up against Survivor, My Name is Earl/Office, and Smallvile? It doesn't stand a chance.

According to a story on Yahoo Fox has ordered 3 more scripts for Justice so it doesn't look like it's dead yet.
