But if they are going head-to-head, "Justice" will probably die after 3-4 weeks of that and FOX will put on "That 70's Show" reruns or something.

*sigh*

It won't even be that long. FOX has already scheduled a repeat of House from last season to replace Justice on 10/3, the night of Lost's season premiere.

That's not a good sign for Justice, particularly since we are talking about FOX.

God dammit Fox!

Fox is so brain dead, why greenlight shows when they have no intention of supporting them. They need to learn how to build an audience. Firefly, wonderfalls, and the inside were all great shows from the start and werent even given a chance. The Point Pleasant episodes they aired were aweful and they put out the DVD, and the later episodes were brillant.

Get it together Fox.

I like the show, but I also didn't think they would come out with four innocent to start off. They need some variety. They need some clients that they think are innocent but are guilty. They need some innocents that they think are guilty.

I didn't like the new addition in this episode.

I like the show also.

I'm not sure what the significance of the missing plant was though. I get that the murderer moved it and was caught in a lie because of it, but was it ever explained why the plant was moved?

It really isn't Fox's fault, they do a good deal of advertising for their shows and air them accordingly. Yes, they get some brilliant shows on the channel, but they're a business and need viewers. Fox is more tolerant of low ratings than other channels, but in order for shows to survive with the aforementioned show's ratings, they'd have to be on the CW.

Blame the people. Give Fox credit for giving the shows a chance at all, it isn't their fault they don't catch on. And remember, if any of these shows were on CBS, NBC, or ABC, they'd have been canned after the first ep. I'm not a Fox fanboy, but I do get sick of them getting slack for airing great shows that just don't catch on with the general populous.

I finally watched this episode. This was my least favorite episode. The case was boring, I hated the defendant, there was too much Kerr Smith, and the episode was lacking some of the elements I like in the show-- the behind the scenes jury selection, mock trials, etc. I also missed the faux Nancy Grace chick. I love her.

The ending did not make sense, since the girl acted like she had no idea how the guy died but then it turned out she did? Why didn't she come forward with the truth after the woman turned against her?

I was surprised the jury acquitted her. Those letters were pretty damning. The only thing the defense did is shed questions on her lover's side of the story.

I guess because she still loved her?

I missed Nany Grace Jr as well :(

Why do all of these shows have to have combative characters who were once in a relationship?

To give plausibility that Nikki Reed's character was in the position on the railing that the other woman testified to. If the plant had remained on the balcony, then Nikki Reed's character had less chance of being where the other woman testified to, and that meant it was more likely that only one person (not 2 people) could have been at the balcony to push over the guy in a mad rush.
