That's funny.

I never noticed the damn it before, I always laugh at the "We're running out of time/we need more time/we don't have any more time" line that he says all the time.

He talked about it on Leno last time he was on. Apparently he heard of a drinking game where people take a shot every time he says "dammit", so he occasionally throws in a "dammit, dammit, dammit"

Just wait for the 24 movie. I'm sure there will be plenty of f-bombs dropping.

That was funny... wonder what the grand total including season 5 is... hopefully they'll go for an R-rated movie... I somehow fear they'd go PG-13...

If the show were on HBO, there would have to be wall to wall swearing. More than on Deadwood.

"Fuck, it's been 23 hours and I haven't been able to take a piss once!"

I gotta say, Jack Bauer is one of the best characters ever created for tv. I swear though, every time I see an interview with Kiefer Sutherland, I think, has there ever been a character more different than how the actor comes off in real life? Of course, I know he is pretty wild when he's not being interviewed, I'm just always amazed that he is so softspoken in interviews.

I just started watching 24 about two months ago and am half way through season 4 and I noticed he does say all those phrases alot and he also is always either whispering or yelling, he doesn't seem to have a normal speaking volume to his voice.

Well, didn't he get drunk and knock over a Christmas tree in a hotel or something? I'm pretty sure there were pictures taken of the incident.

By the way he says...I mean yells "TELL ME WHAT I NEED (or want) TO KNOW!!!!" a lot too.

He talked about it on Conan; someone dared him to tackle a Christmas tree - so he did. It's in the documentary he was promoting, apparently.
