So any bets on how long until Daughtry trades his wife in for a new model?[/QUOTE]
LOL! I was thinking the same thing! Unless she turns into a Nascar wife and gets it all sucked and tucked!
Elliot and Mary made my ears hurt..
For Taylor!!

What is the story with his wife? Did she have a couple of kids already? As I said, I didn't watch this season, but I saw in one of the videos last night her saying he saved her and her kids or something to that effect.

Ya know, I was thinking about how some people called that the worst night ever of television. I don't see how anyone with a sense of humor could have hated on that show. It was funny, cheesy, bewildering and at times downright decent.
The response of that Clay-lookalike when Clay walked out was a Tivo rewind moment. You can't beat the Hasselhoff tears. Seeing Meatloaf about to spaz out at the start of his song was mindboggling and then a bit icky as he oogled Kat. Realizing Braxton sings like a man, yet looks unbelievably sexy was a minor revelation (never heard her sing live before). Prince singing a pretty damn good new song to start.
While we did FF through much of the whole cast doing their lame numbers, this show was a lot of fun. More fun than any of the past final shows.
(edit... still strongly dislike Chris' style of music. That twin Live stuff was simply awful.)

I think the highlight of the night too, was when Clay Aiken came out and changed that nerd's life forever. It was so great how this kid was trying to mimick every gesture Clay made...I think they turned off his mike for awhile...if not down substantially. In fact, they probably shut that kid off of Clay's monitor entirely. LOL./

Good Day LA said this morning that Hasselhoff was a Katherine fan. So that's why you have tears!

The irony is just great though given rumors of his sexuality that have pervaded the media for a while.
