I watched these episodes 6AM this morning, so I missed a couple of things. What was the LOTR reference? And was the X-Ray thing when JD's head crashed into it?

LOTR ref was when the married women disappeard from JD's sight when they put their wedding ring on.

At the beginning of the the 1st episode, during the opening credits, the new doctor pops up and fixes the xray. She says something about it being backwards and has been bugging her.

Thanks. Totally blanked on the LOTR reference, and skipped through the opening credits.

Oh my lord, that was the best hour of TV I have watched in a long long time. Scrubs rules.

Loved where Turk fell for Carla wanting to have sex...again....though she really didn't. Too many high spots to mention really!

that looked painful, but at the same time, hysterically funny. Also the scene where JD's floating head headbutted what's her face off the stage...

Great end to the season. Several laugh out moments.

Was anyone else hoping that Elliot and Kim would start making out in hallway or on the porch? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

I figured that once Cox and Jordan gave away the baby stuff that they would need it again. I did not think that it would be Kim that was pregnant. I was thinking Elliot. Maybe next year.

Too many babies. Typically shows go in the toilet with so many babies on board, we'll see next season...

If there are indeed 3 buns in the oven, I think I have to predict that one of them won't finish baking. The drama would just be irresistable IMHO.

I think it's quite possible that JD's new girl isn't actually pregnant -- it's a prank like when she drew the long penis.

Oh we knew that they knew about it. But just that they used the same wording that my friend wrote in the e-mail was pretty amazing. Maybe it was just coincidence, but hey, it was pretty bizarre timing.

Yeah, I'm sure they're told about it weekly for years now. For a doctor, that's as easy to spot as a backwards American flag.

I remember many years ago on Picket Fences when Kathy Baker told a woman that she had a brain tumor while looking at pictures of an abdominal CT. It was a small detail, but a pretty big error; it drove me nuts. But at least it didn't air every single week for four seasons.

I loved the inserting of Elizabeth Banks into various scenes from old episodes.

A great way to end one of the best seasons any TV show has ever had. I still go back and watch some of the previous episodes from this season (especially My Half-Acre........I love the Turkletones).

And what made it even funnier was when Turk was over at Dr. Cox's house and asked him why his TV smelled.

That's the line! Couldn't remember the exact wording (what slang word for poop did he use?) so I just paraphrased.

Great episode although I wonder if the little JD will also have the moments where he stares off into space and thinks

I'm sure it bugged a lot of people so it was great to see how they injected her character into the credits and the entire series for that matter.
