I have a hazy memory of a show about a guy who time traveled into the past. Since he was from the future where genetics had been perfected he had super athleticism compared to everyone else. He could breath underwater really long, run fast and for long distances. To top it off he had super reflexes and could seemingly see things move in slow motion which allowed him to dodge attacks. Also, he was trained in a futuristic martial art where the fighting stance has him with both arms straight up in front of him, palms outwards, index finger touching index finger, thumb touching thumb so his hands form a triangle.

Anyone know the name of it? I think the title may have had the word "Time" in it.
