Glad to hear that the last song was Radiohead. I'm really excited to hear their new album.
Seth is turning into the biggest dumbass. Just tell her that you didn't get in. It seems so silly that all of the characters have to be sad at the same time.

Seth's character seems sad all of the time. He accounted for 70% of the energy which made the first season excellent. What drags Seth down is Summer, Season One was great, and the first half of Season Two was better than the half in which he was dating her.
Season Three sucks, the parents are less involved, Seth is depressed all the time, and Marissa is not with Ryan.
Fix it now!

oh, and the Radiohead song will not be on the new album, it is on the rare Go to Sleep single for HTTT. There is no studio version I just now found out, even the version played on the show was live.

The timelines on the OC are also so ridiculous. They all come home from school and open their college letters. Cut to Seth in his bathrobe on the phone w/ Brown, saying he'd been on hold since 5am. Cut to the kitchen, where Sandy and Kirsten congratulate them on their acceptance letters? WHAT? The parents didn't see their kids for 18 hours? Mmmmmmmmk.

Mischa Barton Wants Out of "The O.C."
It always happens. No matter how big a show is, someone in the cast always outgrows the smaller screen. UPI says that Mischa Barton might be tiring of "The O.C." and its beautiful people. How can that be?
Apparently, Barton is worried about being typecast, as well as the show's not-so-stellar ratings. It's true that it's in a crappy timeslot, but is she tired of collecting a paycheck? The rumor mill is also reporting that she calls in sick and shows up late a lot. Sounds real professional.
Maybe she is just too busy working with bigger budgets. Barton is currently working on three films. She has been with the show since its premiere. "The O.C." airs every Thursday at 9:00 p.m. (EST) on Fox. -- Rachel Cericola

I found this link to the music from the episode, but only one is "listenable". Anybody have some insight into the others?
I'm especially curious about the one they used while panning over the water a few times. It was a slow song, kinda quite. I thought it might have been new Guster, but they are listed on the link.

Thanks!
Overall, I thought the ep was good. Liked the sceens with Melinda Clarke - she can play bitch and caring both so well!
