John O'Hurley... Game Show Host... New Family Fued!!!

Yup, he's the new host for the latest revival of Family Feud, scheduled to start in the Fall!

This was reported in the last issue of EW, and I googled it and found several articles.

O'Hurley will replace former Home Improvement star Richard Karn, who took over for Louie Anderson in 2002, as host of Tribune Entertainment's Family Feud next season. O'Hurley will become the fifth host of the veteran game show, which launched in 1976 with Richard Dawson. The late Ray Combs replaced Dawson in the first of several remakes in 1988.

I read about this last week. So who produces the show? Didn't Louis Anderson bring it back to TV, and remain as the producer when Al took over? Is he still the producer?

From "Seinfeld" to "Dancing With The Stars" to......the syndicated "Family Feud"?

Doesn't strike me as the best choice, but what do I know?

This could be good. Louis Anderson and Beard both sullied the fine Family Feud legacy.

Women didn't want to kiss Louie and Beard... but they will fall to their knees for Peterman.

I've seen Peterman host To Tell the Truth. He was so boring that even Kitty Carlisle opened her wrists in a warm tub.

Wassamatter, was Al Borland too risque and acerbic for them that they had to replace him with someone even blander?

The next host will be an actual glass of milk.
