From today's USA Today:
"It's not often a show delivers more than it promises, but that's what you get tonight from 24 (Fox, 8 ET/PT).
In the midst of an incredible season that already rivals the show's first for sustained excitement, 24 offers a two-hour special that will both thrill fans and send them reeling.
Everything that was teased in the promos does happen tonight, a point you can't always count on with 24.
But this time, those promos didn't even come close to revealing the biggest and best surprises the evening has to offer.
Trust me: If you're a fan, you need to watch tonight, because the secrets won't hold.
Don't worry. I won't give anything away, other than to tell you that the ever more complicated plot kicks into an even higher gear."
USA Today
Sweet.

AICN mentioned some spoilers which I won't re-print here. I usually DVR the show and watch it with my wife when she is off work but I think I will have to watch it commercials and all tonight
I truly am enjoying the show this year, much more than the past couple of seasons. Do they have new writers this season?

Oh yeah, we've only seen the VP for a couple minutes and I hate him already.
This is Bush Administration plain and simple. "We'll get around Congress by calling it something other than Martial Law!"
I think it's safe to say that this entire administration will be gone at the end of the day.

I had a feeling Jack was going to shoot the wife, it was obvious Robocop didn't care if he got shot.

Why do you say this to me, when you know I will kill you for it.
