Born-1954 show-Adventures of Superman-1952 Here's hoping that someone from that show makes a guest appearance or cameo on Smallville.

Born '82...here's my top 5:
I Love Lucy
Twilight Zone
Get Smart
The Brady Bunch
Bewitched
Honorable Mentions:
Alfred Hitchcock Presents (might edge into the top 5 once I've seen all the episodes)
The Monkees
Lassie (can't help it...i'm a dog lover
)
I've seen every episode of most of the ones on my list (thank you, Nick-at-Nite, TV Land, and Sci-Fi Channel!
). I'd also add Three's Company, but it was still in its original run when I was born and I only included ones that started and ended before '82.

I Love Lucy is the only one I can think of right away that qualifies year-wise and still holds up today. I guess The Little Rascals may count because although they were released in theaters, they were repackaged in the 50s for television.
