So, I'm getting cable...

I haven't had cable for about 3 years. True story, and if DVD Talk Other ever runs out of content, I will provide my story.

Comcast had a promo (via AOL as it extends for 6 months) so unfortunately I have to add cable to get cable internet.

About the only thing I look forward to is watching documentaries again and wildlife stuff. Come to think of it, my cat will be watching more television than I will.

Anyway, that's my story.

If you haven't sold the rights to it yet, I anticipate a major bidding war.

I needed AOL to get the special 6 months of service.

And Earthlink sucks total ass. My connection has been off and on this last 3 weeks. Qwest can suck me forever due to their lovely billing procedures of adding things to my account I never ordered, so I don't trust them either.

The only choice is Comcast cable internet. Trust me, I'm not celebrating that much, but I do look forward to faster speeds than DSL (pricewise anyway).

I had FREE cable a couple years ago and there was nothing worth watching on it. I want my MTV- the REAL MTV!
