It seemed to be because he had ruined all of her Christmases and the Brat just isn't reliable family transportation. All in all, I think that was the part that bugged me the most. The car stuff seemed totally unnecessary except to keep Catalina and Randy occupied. I would have far rather disposed of them in a funnier way or had them in the thick of things.

Joy : How are these ( condoms ) for me ?

Earl : They're flavored.

Did Brett Butler really get THAT heavy?

This show's still making me laugh... and apparently I'm not the only one with the Thurs. night (better time slot) move coming in Jan. with The Office, which was great tonight too...

Nice to see a network getting behind their comedies...

I enjoyed every bit of it too.

"Oh my god, it's a negro. He's trying to rob us!"

Crab-Man coming in from the manger in jeans and a wife beater, "It's cold out there Earl." Ever heard of a coat? Long sleeve shirt? That was great.

I was at just about everything in this ep. Guess I'm in the minority, though I will agree that the network probably wanted a Christmas ep. they could just wheel out every year at this time for future seasons.

Are they moving Earl to Thursdays already? Joey must be sucking it up big time then, but if that gives Earl a shot at the big time, then I'm for it!

Giving the thumbs up between the guys legs.
These were definitely the best parts of the ep for me, particularly Randy's explanation.

This was probably my least favorite episode of the series - not saying that it was bad, but just that it could of been a whole lot more. Thinking back, was there any karma stuff in this episode at all? The only thing I can think of is Catalina (who is in Stuff Magazine next month) grossing out Randy caused her to not get the car. But even that is a stretch considering they would need a SS or Green Card number no matter what happened.

I've been loving the whole karma aspect of the show, and not having much of it (if any at all) in this episode was disappointing.

But I still laughed my ass off!

I know I'm not the only one that noticed that they had a Black dancing Santa on there counter? I enjoyed this episode and got quite a few laughs out of it.

Definitely saw that. Its why I watch the episodes over and over. You always find new stuff in the background.

I thought this ep was hilarious. Good stuff by everyone, and Joy's parents were fun. Holy crap, that was Brett Butler?! I knew the actress looked vaguely familiar, but I didn't recognize her at all. Crazy.

And I think I'm going to start working "crap in a sock" into my daily vocabulary.

She was big enough to make me think she was in a mini fat suit, but her face was a giveaway that it was all real. I saw her on an ep of Close to Home a few weeks back, and she didn't look that big at all. Wha' happened?

The DVR has allowed some detailed perusal of future episodes. Many sound like potential winners. Some already have been this season.

I always check out his list when he is writing/marking something off it. In this episode you could see 73, mentioned above and "stole wine from church."

Some of them sound hilarious. I've noticed a lot of times what you see on the list is an upcoming episode.
