man, that screen projection of the water when they were in the doorway to the trailer looked like crap

Do we know who the hot chick with Delco was? Based on thier conversation it sounds like

Spoiler:
Tricking your own kid into shooting you with a nailgun? That's pretty cold. |
Showing Wolf with a nail in his eye (just missing his eyeball) in the opening segment, you just wondered when he'd get it after it went back into flashback mode. Plus, all the horseplay with the gun in Calleigh's area didn't help things. :)
I think Delco's female friend might be his sister, but it could be a former flame as well. |
I think that's the first cheesy line while putting on the sunglasses in an opening we've gotten from H this year:up: That was long overdue.
The scenes with Wolf and the gun in the lab were dumb, if you're going to point a nail gun right at your own face you deserve to get shot through the eye. |

So she is related to Eric, that was the body language I was getting between them at the hospital.
|
I thought I heard the word Speidle as well.
|
So after getting getting shot in the eye with a nail gun, Wolf ends up walking out of the hospital with little more then a band aid?!? Looked a bit more serious then that.

Yeah I figured it had to be at least a day later, and I know the nail didn't hit his actual eyeball, and apparently didn't go far enough in to hit his brain. But it had to mess up his sinuses or do some sort of additional damage I would think? I'm not saying the guy should be in the hospital for two weeks, but he was just walking out like it was no big deal looking like maybe the worst that happened was he got punched in the face.
Sure looked damn scary (and serious) in the opening scene. -eek- |
Glad to see that I wasn't the only one twitching through the episode.
I'm afraid of nail guns now. ... but it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. ;) I loved the conversation between H and the detective about why H was being investigated. He seemed to back peddle really quick. Have we heard before this that H's mom was murdered? |
Speaking of nail guns...At first those looked to be pneumatic guns that would need to be hooked up to an air compressor to operate. And I was ready to kill them on the detail since they clearly were not connected to anything. But I guess they must have been combustion guns with their own built in gas power supply.
|
The first one (at the scene) was hooked up to an air compressor... the second one (the red one) was one of the ones you mentioned.
I've been hit with a staple gun (from a great distance) and that wasn't fun. |
Is it me or has the show kicked it up a notch not necessarily in terms of writing/plot quality, but the style that they shoot the show? We are getting alot more flashback type plot points in recent episodes. I think it's a nice change up than the standard fare.

Is it also a little odd to be removing the nail in the room they did it in? It looked like a recovery room or something. |
