help me with the name of a TV show

It was in the 80's the time V the final Battle series came out I was 9 or 10
so my memory might be a little fuzzy . It was theis family who went into this lighthouse and then they disapeared and they traveled throught time Kind of like the Tv show sliders can anyone help thank you

Not much to really go on, but another suggestion is Otherworld. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otherwo...sion_series%29

It's an '80's series (and was just about the time of V: The Final Battle) about a family who are visiting the pyramids and end up in another dimension. Given the fact each stop in this series was a very different location, you may remember it as traveling through time. And Pyramids, lighthouses: same difference

No it's none of those shows It starts with a family(WEARING YELLOW RAIN JACKETS BEACUSE ITS RAINING) visting or goning to buy this lighthouse and a man is showing them around it there are great big rocks around the light house anyway the light flashes and the family diapears the man who was showing them the light house is looking for them I dont know if the lighthouse was werid or what it is kinnda like Sliders except with a family It not Round the Twist either I midht have to look in an old tv guide for it

This made me think of a show called Fantastic Journey in the 70's about a group of people dissapearing in the Brimuda Triangle and ending up on an island where they could travel to different times and places.
