Scrubs production being blogged from ign filmforce

October 27, 2005 - Let me be the first to welcome you to the launch of what aims to be a fun look at what goes on behind-the-scenes at NBC's hit sitcom Scrubs.
Over the next few months, we'll be peering into every nook and cranny, from the writer's room to the prop department, and bringing you insight into what it takes to pull a sitcom together, both in front of and behind the camera. In true Scrubs fashion, though, we've unleashed mini-cams to the cast and crew, allowing them to document the process in however manner they see fit – with a lot of weird and wonderful digressions along the way (would you expect anything else from these people?).
There will be plenty of surprises to come, including podcasts, in-depth interviews, and a few surprises so surprising that I hesitate to ruin the surprise (for an idea of what I'm talking about, check out Video Blog #5 – "My Scary Story").
For a key to who's who, be sure to browse the Cast & Crew Bio page (which is continually being updated as people fill those pesky forms in… Isn't it a perfect irony that coverage of a medical sitcom is still waiting on forms?).
Anyhoo, let's get this show on the road with our first batch of entries, and be sure to check back each week for more Scrubs goodies…
