Bones "The Man in the Bear" 11/1
Finally getting to see this show after missing the initial episodes. Was really excited about it when I first heard about it as a fan of Cornwell's books, but my god - this is some bad fucking tv.
bad acting, bad writing, bad story, bad everything. especially the writing and acting....just terrible. |
The show's getting better. The dance off was pretty funny. Bones needs to stop saying "I don't know what that means.". We get it. I don't much like the weasely researcher yet.

I think its gone from being pretty dull to being somewhat interesting. If it continues to improve it might actually be a worthwhile show.
|
I think this show has gotten better each week. I will continue to watch and hope it doesn't get cancelled.

I really like the show, have liked it since the begining. However Bones is a horrible actress. Her speech pattern is just strange.
|
I disliked the show at first, but it is starting to grow on me. I also hate the line "I don't know what that means." It's just a little unrealistic some of the things she has never heard of.

Did anyone see the bit about Bones in the new TV guide? It was in Rochell Thomas' "Is It Just Me?" column:
Q: Does that town on Bones where single men outnumber women really exist? In the November 1 episode of Bones, Booth and Dr. Brennan went to the Northwest to follow up on an animal autopsy that revealed a bear had eaten a human arm. Get this: While there, Brennan got hit on by a delivery guy, the forest ranger, the sheriff and practically every man within five miles. And she's not even that hot! [] (No offense, Emily Deschanel.) "What with that town?" her coworker Angela asked. Angie, girl, I don't know. But if such a place exists--and it's not a prison town--I know a few women who might want to go. Road trip! |
