Detroit kiddie show from the 60's question

A guy at work was mentioning a program that had a moosehead on the wall and the only thing it would say was uh-huh and kids would send ties that were fitted on the moose.Any idea what was the name of the show?I am guessing The Soupy Sales Show.

It could very well be Soupy Sales but it could also be Oopsy (Daisy) The Clown - although I think that was more in the 70's
