I think it may just be you and me watching at this point, LorenzoL.

I really liked how they pulled together a lot of the little bits from past episodes in this one. From memory, I remember:

- 4 dads on the block
- x cents worth of x
- I don't need this. My man works two jobs.
- Sausage (though it was odd any of them liked eating it)

^^I totally agree. I think there may have even been another tie-in from past episodes. I thought this was the best of the season.

"Can I hold a dollar" was hilarious.

I guess Chris doesn't like NOFX.

I agree. This show started off good and keeps getting better. I really liked the "most people's view of Bed-Stuy" scene.

Hey all,

Yep, kicks Joey's butt around the block while holding his dollar.

Btw, anyone recognize the truck explosion or Bed-Sty riot scenes?

Ciao,

I'm not sure what the truck explosion was from, but the riot scene was from Do The Right Thing, I think. This was the first episode I watched and I really liked it. I did laugh out loud at the "I don't need this. My man has 2 jobs!" That was hilarious. I have to go watch the first episodes now.

I still watch the show. I really enjoy it. It's not always laugh-out-loud funny, but I like the characters, especially young Chris.

The can I hold a dollar bits were all good no matter how many times they did it. And the 10 cents worth of kool-aid stuff while the dad was cleaning was great. I really can't stand the mom. It is the actor more than the character though.

I'm still watching the show too. The can I hold a dollar bit was funny throughout and it was nice that the dad went back to the .10 worth of Kool-Aid thing. All the people standing outside during the fight was funny as well.

I'm watching the show too. I have a season pass in my DVR for it.

My wife laughed really loud with the preview for the next episode.
Spoiler:
She's a Prince fan

I'm just catching up with all of my shows this week and I was finally able to watch this episode.

It was okay but I didn't find it as funny as the previous ones. Still good enough for me to continue watching this show.

I'm still watching it, too. I think Chris does a good job, but the parents (especially the dad) make the show for me.
