I believe this is when they switch from Music Choice to XM stations, which I'm sure is no coincidence.

I think near this same date they are going to start offering more local channels (i.e. - I get Madison, WI locals here, but can get Rockford, IL locals OTA. I will start getting Rockford locals too.)
