ER -- "Man With No Name" -- 10.06.2005

Man With No Name

Spoiler:
The ER is shaken up when new nurse manager, Eve (Kristen Johnston) enforces her strict and efficient new procedures. Kovac (Goran Visnjic) and Sam (Linda Cardellini) struggle to find some civility with each while working the same shift. Abby (Maura Tierney) treats a breast cancer patient who is having a hard time coming to terms with her condition.

Glad to see Romano's made an appearance..

The erotic photo session was hilarious. They need to just make this the Abby & Neela show.

Kristin Johnson annoyed me the first few minutes she was on the screen, too.

The Morris character is so pathetic, and you knew something was going to happen to the nitwit when he saw the flashes going off in the room.

"He's the chief resident."

"Seriously, who is he?"

I've always enjoyed the scenes that are shared by Tierney and Visnjic.

Bring back Gallant!!!!

Very little Ray this ep.

This was a weird episode, with Susan gone, it's like they are waiting to pass the torch to someone, but there's no one wanting the torch.

There were a couple of LOL moments in the episode: Morris getting popped in the nuggets while trying to find out the flashes were about, Ray getting his groove on, and Frank trying sneak Gallant a adult-oriented tape.

I can't stand the Kristen Johnson character so far. Kovach and Abby's little segment at the end felt kinda real, since they share their own past with each other as well.

I highly doubt Ray is that good of a lover, and the only reason why Kristen Johnson was added to the cast was because she has obviously had extensive training in "leaving a room in a huff" acting.

Scott Grimes is a good actor, but why the hell is Morris a regular now? Is this going to turn out like another Erik Palladino, where they realized they made a mistake so all of a sudden -- Malucci's having sex on the job so he's fired?

To me, Morris always seemed like the "incompetent character who is going to kill someone one day" character. I didn't expect him to last this long or get this far, but that's how I see him leaving the show. He is a ticking timebomb.

Nevermind. I thought you were talking about the show, not quoting Morris.

I think they have kept him because people hate him, and they think he is replacing Rocket, Benton and/or Kerry - although he is not and is just an irritating twit. I always saw Rocket like JR Ewing, a character you loved to hate, where Kerry you just hate and Morris is just a twit.

There are 3 sections to the SAT: Math, Verbal, and Written Essay. (How anyone gets an 800 on a written essay seems dubious to me), but I digress...

Thank god there was no essay when I took it. I hate essays so much that I purposely did not apply to any colleges that required one on the application
