Not to cause controversy, because my goal is not to make people change picks, but since the picks are final I'll post this. I considered <i>PTI</i> very early (along with some other year-round shows), but I don't agree that it fits the season-based rules of the game. I also considered <i>The Prisoner</i>, but I believe that it's a miniseries in concept (although naming conventions prevent any real certainty). I didn't say anything at the time, because it's not worth arguing over, but that's why I didn't pick either of those. I'm fine with others having them, though.

I meant on a ruling. Since it was a soap opera, it didn't have seasons like a regular show. I'd be willing to just say "The second year (first appearance of Barnabas)," but I don't know if that would be in line with the rules.

Ah. I think the guideline established by those of us who took Letterman and PTI is to do the best you can to determine what a season is and then choose the one that applies.
