Anyone see Lara Flynn Boyle on Conan O'Brien ?

What a bitch !!!
Conan generally gets along good with all guests, but Lara was just being "difficult"
Conan owned her tho.

Does she still look all skinny and freaky?

Maybe she is cranky and needs a sandwich.

Was she promoting her new movie, The Corpse Bride, where she plays the lead?

i don't think she was really being a bitch. i think it was just bantering back and forth. she didn't look mean-spirited. She was laughing with Conan.

I don't think she was being a bitch either. I just think she's really stupid.

She complained about how when they sent the car for her, they wouldn't let her smoke and stuff. She's just a dumb broad with an eating disorder.

The last time Lara Flynn Boyle was hot was when she was stalking Wayne Campbell and working as The Temp.

I found it a bit ugly
First she bragged about how she smoked in Conan's car inspite of the driver telling her no. That was ok, a bit impolite tho.
Then she was telling an incident, and Conan has this habit of saying "yes, yes" and she hushed him, twice, in a not so nice manner. So then Conan moved his chair back a bit to let Lara tell thing in peace. Crowd was laughing at this, and mid story Lara says "are u kidding me" and starts sulking at being owned by the Conan.
Conan then plugged her show and asked her what was her character, and she says "what do u think? a bitch."

Repeat should be on this friday (its 305am pacific time here).
Good stuff.
Conan is very quick - the other day Trump was on the show and was telling a story about he got a notice that his building was too close to someones and that the spacing should have been 7 to 9 inches instead of being 3 inches, and Conan without missing a beat immediately interjects "thats what my wife told me"

I saw it as friendly banter. They were both laughing. They seemed friendly with each other. I actually got the impression that they knew each other.

*shrug*

While I don't argue that Conan is a quick wit, they do in fact pre-interview all of their guests (as all talk shows do), getting the gist of exactly what stories will be told, etc. A lot of the stuff that seems off-the-cuff is totally prepared.

I am not sure how well prepared, but are talking with the other guests on the show improvised or not? There was a great bit a few weeks ago on Leno where Jim Norton was doing standup. After he gets done, he gives the guest (hillary duff) really wierd and some what disturbing looks. Leno asks him "17, you know she's 17 right" and then he goes "oh, too old." and she looked so embarassed, so i was wondering if that stuff was improvised.

I thought one of the funniest was when Martha Stewart (before all the legal trouble) was on the show trying to show Conan how to wrap a present nicely. Of course he was just goofing off and carrying on while Martha tried to keep it serious. It was quite amusing.

In that particular case Trump said after the exchange "that wasnt planned was it"
I wonder just how much of the silliness does Conan practice, I can see Leno etc preparing their responses. Conan interviews sometimes just fall apart. like the Lara one.
