Angel
Firefly
Wonderfalls
Futurama
Dead Like Me
The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.
The Mole
(uncelebrified version)
The John Laroquette Show

And after reading through the thread:

Titus
Action!
Clone High

The above series were killed before their time! Angel and Futurama did have a good run at least. The rest still had years of potential ahead of them.

The only show I cared about getting cancelled:

Star Trek: Enterprise

They ended the show the way we all thought they were going to begin it.

That's what really sticks in my craw. The fourth season was an incredible turnaround, and would have have soared after that. If I pick up any of the DVDs it will be just the fourth season. Enterprise and Voyager are the kind of series you wouldn't mind seeing released in "best-of" sets or even one episode per disc sets. You could probably quite easily and affordably buy a set of "good" episodes from those two (yes Voyager had some gems, when it brought it's A-game, it brought it hard)

A few of mine

Angel
Futurama (though the last episode is a decent coda...)
Family Guy (as someone else said, the time between cancellation and renewal is time we could have had new material)
Dark Angel was great before Alba got too skinny
MST3K could have gone on, there's got to be thousands of crappy movies needing their just desserts.
Sportsnight
Titus
Action
Greg The Bunny

You know, there's got to be an audience for direct to DVD releases of some of these. Does the branch of the studios that do DVDs ever talk to the branch that does the broadcast decisions?

Andy Richter Controls the Universe (I can't think of a show I've found to have more funny per half hour.)

Sports Night (This was one of the shows that could have went for years.)

Keen Eddie (I've only found one show more entertaining.)

Nero Wolfe Mysteries (The only show more entertaining than Keen Eddie.)

Most everything else I can get over, but those four just sadden me.

AMEN brother, #1 on my list. What other show would dedicate an entire episode to meeting Carmen Electra, taking a massive shit that clogs-up her toilet, then trying to break into her place and steal it.

Followed by :
Freaks and Geeks
Undeclared
Grounded For Life
3 South

original star trek, gilligans island, lost in space and land of the lost.definately 3 seasons were not enought for these 4 shows.I bet the original networks are kicking themselves for all the revenue lost in dvd sales for not doing a few more seasons of each.

Couldn't agree more. I didn't see MSCL until it was already done, but would have loved to see more of it.

I was really into Relativity when it disappeared. Still pissed about it...

Also, another vote for Andy Richter Controls the Universe.

No, I think everyone who mentioned it (including me) means the USA network version of "Touching Evil" starring Jeffrey Donovan and Vera Farmiga.

I definitely agree about Chappelle's Show, considering there was no good reason for it to end.

Also, I wish Mr. Show could have continued for longer.

I am peeved over several!

Joan of arcadia (what a cliff hanger, now its over... Didn't it win emmy's? I thought that meant somthing... )
Tru Calling (Season two was soo good! It was shapeing up so well!)
Point Pleasant (FINALLY it started to get really good, and THE END!!! They put this on in place of tru, I like it, and then they cancel this after only 7 eps.!)
Angel!!! (The show was not even close to an end!)
Popular! (It won a lot of teen choice awards, and then its canceled one season later!)
Birds of Prey!!! (This is the show I miss the most! It had a weird airing schedule because they kept moving it! The character were getting all developed and good!)

And the last was not really a cancelation, but Charmed to me changed after season 3 and Pru left! The show changed into fairytales and sugar plum fairies!)

Agree with pretty much most of the shows that have been mentioned, but ones that I haven't seen mentioned are:
The Chronicle
7 Days
The Tick (live action)
Kolchak, the Night Stalker
Jeremiah
The Flash
Blake's 7

Firefly...sniff....we mourn your passing.......

I so long for more episodes of this show, which "grabbed" me more than any other I have watched. The movie will be just another taste. I really hope the film turns out to a blockbuster and re-ignites interest in the show.

I'm going to miss Judging Amy (even though I'm the only one that will!)... I loved the cast and will miss seeing them all together. I think Tyne Daly is one of the world's best underrated actresses too.

But, on the other paw, I'm still irked they canceled Brooklyn South!

One of my buds is wearing a black armband for JAGS.

Ali G was never canceled. In fact, Sascha Baron Cohen was just on Conan plugging the Season 2 DVD. Maybe it just seems that way, since it's such a short season and it has been awhile.

As for my personal opinion, there is really only one that still stings and that is Freaks and Geeks because I really think it had the potential to be one of my favorite shows of all time. Although I have to be pissed at myself as I didn't watch it during its first run.

I would add The Contender, but it was thankfully picked up by ESPN and will live on (although I am pissed about how they have handled the fighters since the show aired, but that is a totally different topic).

Recently, Committed.

I actually liked that show and thought it could have gone far. Well, at least for another season or two. I thought I would hate it with all the previews but it was actually charming. Hopefully it will come to DVD.
